Trenchless Pipe Repairs, LLC is a trenchless service company founded in 2011 by owner Nick Patrick. Nick has been in the utility business since 1995. He has been installing C.I.P.P. (cured in place pipelining) and training other C.I.P.P. installers from Florida to Hawaii since 2003. Trenchless Pipe Repairs provides C.I.P.P. services to municipalities, utility districts, engineers, contractors, business owners, home owners and plumbers throughout Seattle and the Greater Northwest.
At Trenchless Pipe Repairs, we specialize in using C.I.P.P (cured in place pipelining) to rehab existing conduit, sewer and drain pipelines, minimizing excavation. Don’t Excavate….Rehabilitate! A TPR specialist would be happy to travel to your site for a complete pipe lining evaluation. We appreciate the time you have taken to review the services that we offer and look forward to the opportunity to show you why we are the leaders in TRENCHLESS PIPE REPAIRS. Our name just says it all.
We are a Certified Perma-Liner installer capable of repairing your pipes from the inside using technology that is quick, durable, and minimally invasive. We can repair existing conduit, sewer and drain pipelines composed of various materials – cast-iron, PVC, and clay, among others – via strategically placed access points requiring minimal property disruption. Our Perma-Liner cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) system employs a reversible sleeve composed of fabric and PVC; this sleeve saturated with epoxy resin that, once in place, cures in approximately three hours. After the resin in the pipe liner has cured, any necessary cuts will be made to allow access to joints or branches. Most jobs can be completed in one day, allowing you and your plumbing to flow smoothly with less downtime, less mess and reduced expense. The new liner is smooth, seamless and only reduces inner pipe diameter by 5%. Another of Perma-Liner's benefits is its longevity; the resin applied to your pipes is guaranteed to last for a minimum of 50 years. It resists breaks, leaks, and intrusion from underground root systems that have been known to compromise other types of piping.
Our goal at TPR is to provide SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS in the C.I.P.P. industry for contractors, municipalities, utility districts, plumbers, business owners and home owners throughout Seattle and the Greater NorthWest.
With our relationships and partnerships throughout the west coast and United States, we can provide our customers with SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS!
